Summary

As Warehouse Distribution Associate you will ensure that all orders are printed as agreed with the Business units, unload incoming shipments and ensure stock is tagged and stored in the proper place.

 


Job responsibilites

  • Ensure all deliveries/returns/mail are in the proper location in a timely manner
  • Print orders as needed to meet Business unit’s requirements
  • Assist supervisor/manager with cycle counts and all end of day processes as required
  • Ensure all incoming shipments are received and stored in the proper locations
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and timely for customers.
  • Input sales orders into the system(s) in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all orders are packed to the highest quality possible for the customer and to reduce the risk of damage.
  • Keep the warehouse clean of debris and hazards

Job requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 to 12 months experience with warehouse management and inventory systems, including shipping systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare
  • Experience in a midium to large volume pick n pack warehouse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective team leader with the ability to adapt to change
  • Proactive, open minded and results driven
  • Honest, respectful  with high morals
  • General knowledge of MS Office applications
