Monday to Friday
7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Professional experience may not be required if you have personal experience at home repairing small engines.
Job responsibilites
- Prepare and assemble new outdoor power equipment. For example: chain saws, trimmers, lawn mowers, snow blowers, generators, etc.
- Repair outdoor power equipment as described above. This includes equipment components and engines.
- Maintain shop equipment.
- All other duties as assigned by the sales staff.
Job requirements
The successful candidate will have experience in power equipment repair. The individual is required to have a solid work ethic and be aware that time is of the essence in repairing equipment for customers who depend on a quick turnaround. This especially pertains to commercial customers who require equipment in order to conduct their business.
The position is full-time. There is a probationary period of six months whereby performance will be evaluated. Work performance is evaluated on an on-going basis in order to deal with issues, if any, as they arise. Candidate must have the ability to work in a team environment.
