Job responsibilites
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and service stations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Address any guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
