Appointment Setting Agent

The Service Department in Gatineau (Car Dealership) is looking for an Appointment Setting Agent to join their team.

As an Appointment Setting Agent for our car dealership’s service department, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repairs. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers via phone and email to schedule service appointments and address inquiries. You’ll efficiently manage the service calendar to maximize productivity, while collecting necessary vehicle and customer information to ensure smooth service experiences.

Additionally, you’ll conduct follow-up calls and reminders to confirm appointments and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with service advisors and technicians will be essential to coordinate services and relay important customer information. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
